How do the DCS ranges quality compare to that of commercial ranges?

I am remodeling my kitchen and would like to have a range that compares well with commercial ones.

Both commercial and consumer style ranges are normally or equal quality. Normally the only difference is the consumer model might be a little more flashy and have safety measures for idle kids hands that commercial ranges don't need. Sometimes the consumer ranges are a little more "shock and awe" oriented.
