Simple task, select the cells press Ctrl + X then go the cell from where you want it to be moved & then press Ctrl + V, your selected cells will be moved.
You can swith items in cells in excell by pressing f2 key on other words you can by moving arrow keys and entering datas and selecting by mouse and entering
