How do I separate different data from 2 spreadsheets?

I think you mean you want to merge data. The easiest way would be to create a new spread sheet to hold the data and then cut and paste the information from the 2 originals into the new combined spreadsheet.

First open a new spreadsheet and now open the 2 spreadsheets from were you want to separate data, now tab the three sheets and try to separate different data.
