How do I send an email from MS Access?

Sending email from MS Access is easy by using send object method or function that automates MS Outlook. For sending mails with this options we need to have some query written with that we can able to send message from MC Access database. For that we should have table that contains email address.

If you have opened a table in MS Access, Access will allow you to email that table as an attachment. To create the message, go to the File menu in Access, and select "Send to-->" from the drop-down menu. In the pop-up menu that appears, select "Mail Recipient(as attachment). " Then choose the display format you want, and send the message.

Select the table, then go to file menu -> send to -> mail recipient -> select then format -> ok then give the name ,email address etc.

MS access is a software of Microsoft. We can send Email with the help of Msaccess. Open a new Ms access document. Then we have to type the matter whatever we wantusing keyboard. We can use additional punctuation symbols, Insert smiley or images by using the latest version of Ms access.
