You can get a bluebird nestbox. It may help to put up multiple nestboxes, even. Make sure if you get a nestbox that it is cleaned out, because bluebirds won't rest in a box that may or may not have sticks or even, wasps. Make sure the nestboxes are in the right habitat for a bluebird. Bluebirds prefer semi-open grassland.

Is your yard large and open? If it is try setting up a bird feeder in your yard, this should help attract any bluebirds. You could try spreading out some fruits and berries, which you could easily obtain from a local grocery store.
