Many cities pick up recycling when they collect trash. Recycling centers might pay, but probably not much for milk bottles. Most milk bottles cannot be reused for milk.

Take old milk bottles to any glass recycling facility. You can call the facility ahead of time to see if they have any restrictions.

While there are certain programs that may pay for such containers for reuse, chances are you're more likely to find that your local recycling center will take them as a 'no-pay' item, meaning that they can recycle them but cannot pay you for it.

You could probably turn them in for money, but you would need a lot of them to make it worthwhile. You could plant flowers or herbs in them.

You can take them to a deposit center where you will get some money for the bottles. I did the same when I had bottles to recycle. I think that this is the best option because you just have to take them there and you will get some money too.
