we can wire a double switch by connecting the phase wire to one point of the first switch and from the same point take the phase wire to the second switch and connect the next one and for neutral follow the same procedures.

Well to wire a double switch you have to have one wire connecting to the switch and one to the actual outlet.

The best thing to do when you are running a double switch is to make sure you have two grounds and two hots and you may also want to put a fuse in it also just incase it gets overloaded.

If it is two single switches housed in a box, then each switch will use the same voltage and the white wire will be joined together.

the main phase, neutral and earth wire- take from the main distribution board and connect to the first switch and take the connections for the second switch from the first switch
