You can't get someone to love you again. Either they do, or they don't. It's more likely he was infatuated and he's now moved on to someone else. You've asked the wrong question, the question shouldn't be how you can get someone to love you again, you need to know how to move on.

It is not possible to force someone to love you, but if something is less than ideal in the relationship, communication is the best way to work through it.

Don't be foolish! Men who truly love a woman will do everything to keep her happy and in their life. If they're not calling you, stopping in to see you, doing silly little things for you, it's time to move on. It wasn't a good match for him and thus not a good match for you.

You can't make someone love you. If he fell out of love, he probably has his reasons and there is nothing you can do to make him love you.
