The spinbrush is a good product. An electric toothbrush (Sonicare or OralB) is an even better option to get your teeth clean. You should also rinse and maybe add some mouthwash into your routine. You should make sure you are brushing and flossing your teeth in the morning and at night.

Any brand of electric tooth brush will work. Electric tooth brushing have been shown to get the teeth cleaner. Flossing is another good thing to do, to clean around the gum line of the tooth. And I would use a mouth rinse of some kind after you brush and floss. These should be enough.

Use a soft toothbrush and stop using regular toothpaste. Use a little baking soda as your toothpaste. You will have better teeth in quick time.
