How can I fry crawfish?

First you have to marinate the crawfish. Make an egg and milk mixture to dip the crawfish. Make sure you've battered it with flour and spice. Next you toss it into a frying pan or a deep fryer. Wait til it turns golden brown. Ready to be served

Wash and dry the crawfish leving some moisture on them. Dredge in commercial seasoned fishfry, (well ground cornmeal seasoned with Old Bay, salt and garlic powder will also do). Drop into hot oil vegetable or corn oil. When they float to the surface, they're done.

Beat a few eggs and add just a dash of milk. Mix in some salt and pepper along with seasonal. Batter the crawfish in egg and lightly toss them in flour. Fry in a pan with oil for about 10 minutes.

clean the fish with salt and turmeric powder.after wash you apply chili powder and salt mix it and soak it.after half an hour you have to heat the oil then you have to fry in slow flame.when it gets red color you have to take it out.
