The post office would not have condo mailbox keys. Your maintenance, board of directors, or the manager of the complex would have the keys to the condo mailbox. The only mailbox keys the post office will have is to the P.O. boxes.

Yes they will have condo mailbox keys to the main mailbox at the condo but not your individual mailbox keys.

For security reasons the post office keeps the condo keys when you are purchasing the condo, if you are renting then the landlord would have the key.
