If you search the tour dates section of the Kissonline website you can find three tour dates for North America in 2011

Updated concert schedules and venues are posted in the kissonline website . As for the month of March of this year 2011, three concerts would be done in northern america. These would be in Hato Rey city, Houston Texas and hollywood Florida. Presale tickets have ended.

Yes, you can find the tour dates on their homepage. In the navigation the second link states "TOUR" which refers to the band's tour dates. By scrolling down, use the mouse wheel or drag the bar on the right of the browser, the dates for the Kiss tour can be found.
