Goldstar makes on of the highest rated microwaves on the market right now. I dont think your everyday store such as wal mart sales them. They are a little pricey but worth it.
Goldstar does have a line of good microwaves. They sell 8 microwaves, both over the range and countertop. They've all gotten good reviews, so I'd say that, yes, they are good microwaves.
