If you have low levels of vitamin C it can be of great help, but you can also try incorporating more forms of vitamin C into your diet.

The ingredients in it, i.e. zinc, magnesium, selenium, echinacea, forsythia, manganese, vitamins A, C and E, are healthful. However, taking too many doses, or even their prescribed doses, may cause an overdose especially of Vitamin A, which is not good. As far as preventing colds, this has not been proven.

Airborne is not a drug but rather a supplement. It contains vitamins, herbal extracts and amino acids, which are essentialy some elements your body needs to fight the infection if your food intake can't provide enough of them. It will not cure you, but it might help your body fight.

Airborne cold medicine is a mixture of vitamins and minerals. While taking vitamins and minerals while you are sick is a good idea, there is something that you should know. If you take a multi-vitamin a day you are getting the recommended daily dose of all the essential vitamins you need at half the cost!

Yes, Airborne medicine does work. How it works is by improving your immune system, so this will not work if you already sick. This prevents a cold or the flu by making you less susceptible to the virus.
