They do. Most wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are made with satin. They have come a long way, because they are starting to make some stylish/cute bridesmaid dresses, unlike the ones we're used to seeing.

Yes, though I only commonly see it used as a material for prom dresses or lingerie. A lot of retro style clothing shops would sell a large variety of satin material clothing. There are many online stores that you could find, like Pin up girl clothing, that would have what you're looking for.

I am not 100% sure if they still make satin dresses but i do know that anyone can go to a fabric store such as joans and they can buy the amount of fabric needed and make a dress yourself. you can also go online to youtube and view videos about ow to make a dress.

yes.they still make satin dresses.It is very comfortable and suited for all events.Silk and satin together makes a wonderful combination.
