Yes. I know of one place called Motor City auto auctions. They hold auctions every Sunday at 2:00 pm. There are hundreds to chose from.

I am pretty sure they would have some form of car auctions in a place like that. Check online or in the local papers. If there are no dealer auctions then there should at least be some kind of government auction. Where they sell old vehicles and equipment to the public.
