Anyone can own a trophy case if they want to! There is no reason that they can't have one, if they want to show off their trophies, or anything else really.
Anyone with enough Trophies can own a Trophy case. My dad had six trophies so he had a Trophy shelf. Someone with more could probably use a case. I fail to see why they wouldn't if they're proud of their achievements.
