No. Jehovah's Witnesses believe that all sex outside of marriage is wrong. Fornication is viewed as the sin. Any results of fornication (pregnancy, STDs) are not viewed as sinful. Herpes could indicate someone's been immoral however, a moral person could contract herpes from their spouse who had committed adultery, or by an immoral lifestyle led before becoming a Jehovah's Witness.

They believe that pre-marital sex and extra-marital sex are sins. If you were faithful and infected by a spouse who strayed, you have not sinned.

I would say so especially if they have regrettably strayed from bible standards at one point. Such a witness may be more understanding.

It probably depends on the witness. Some people interpret scripture differently than others. For some, a "bodily rash" or lesions or bumps is a sign of uncleanliness which gets associated with impurity.
