Describe heat transfer in cookware and identify which type of metal is the best all around choice to cook with?

Conduction is Transferring heat to cookware(utensil)from heat source furthermore heat is transferred to walls of utensils and then directly to food and the copper has conductivity 1(highest in metals).

For heat to get transferred, there should be a proper/direct contact between the heat source and the vessel used. It is advised to have a cookware with good heat conducting material. For instance, Copper is a good conductor of heat. Hence, it is advisable to use copper-bottomed cookware for cooking.
