Can you tell me how to create a policy manual for new managers?

The first step is identify the topics that need to be covered. Brain map for about an hour and write down everything that comes to mind. Then sort through your ideas and put them in categories. You should make a list of all the policies your company has - the way you do things, your procedures, your rules and any thing else you can think of. Organize them by category and have someone read over them to give you feedback. Compile them into a book and give to the new managers.

Well yes it is easy to create it. Just title the file as policies and procedures. Give a brief introduction on what it is that you aim to establish throughout this. Then you will highlight all the rules you expect the manager to follow. Follow with a consequences report as well.
