Can you grow raspberry plants from seeds?

Raspberry seeds must go through stratification before planting. You must simulate the cold wet conditions of winter to bring the seed out of dormancy and make it ready to sprout.

Raspberry plants are best grown from cuttings. You can take a cutting from an existing plan, use root treatment to encourage root growth and then plant.

I am sure that you can but I believe that if you want them to grow big enough to bear fruit you should probably get the plants already started. And also by doing it that way it will take alot of the guess work out of the panting and growing process.
