Ener-G foods have been a lifesaver for us- their products are great for those with gluten-intolerance or dairy allergies. We have used many of their products, but especially love their egg replacer. It works so well in baked goods- you'll never know the difference!It's also nice to know that all of their foods are made in a peanut-free, gluten-free environment.
