Can people buy chloroform?

You can from some online chemical labs, veterinarian supply stores. Also scientific supply stores and catalogs. However it is regulated and considered toxic. It requires special handling, and permits for usage like if you work for a school, or laboratory. Unfortunately not all on line suppliers are careful about permits and such.

Not anymore. Chloroform is no longer available to the public for good reasons. Yes, criminals could get ahold of it and knock people out with it. It is very dangerous and can also cause liver damage.

I dont think it can be bought legally without s special permit of something, and yes I would certainly be afraid criminals could get there hands on it, just like most felons have guns and they are not suppose to, but then again you could buy it online.
