Kitchen Aid makes a wonderful toaster oven that doubles as a great broiler oven. It cooks very thoroughly, cooking the food evenly.

Sure. There are toasters that make broiler ovens. Breville The Smart Oven is the best one available in the market now. It has got large capacity, facility to bake and toast, auto eject rack ete. But problem is it is too costly. You can buy through Amazon. The cost will come around $250.
