Are there any herbs that can help with OCD?

I have OCD and would like to take herbs to help.

Obsessive compulsive disorder is a serious disease that cannot in any way be treated with holistic medicine or herbs. This must be treated by a licensed medical doctor and serious perscription medication.

There are herbs that support a healthier lifestyle, but cannot target the OCD specifically. Try one of these, Kava Kava, St. Johan's Wort or Ginko Biloba.
