Many private collectors would find pictures of the Italian dictator Mussolini to be of some value. Some museums might also find value in the pictures for posteritie's sake.

Value relates to finding the market for any item. There are people who want just about anything. The problem would be not so much finding the buyers, but maintaining the contact as people who revere or hate Mussolini are likely to wich to continue contact after purchase.

Now that would depend on their condition, their originality, and how readily available they were to the general public. If the picture was rare, and there was a collector of Mussolini pics, they may fetch quite a significant price in the right environment. I believe pictures of any great quality would be hard to obtain nowadays.
