Anybody who has seen the movie Swingers knows that it may take a few days for a guy to call you back. Don't be impatient and try to distract yourself with other things. If he hasn't called in a week, don't be shy about giving him a try and seeing what's up.

He might or he might not. It depends on how important it is to him.Sometimes what is important to you, is not as important to another.

The answer to that question depends on what interaction you have had with him thus far. What kind of body language did he exhibit? Open smile, loose posture, casual touching, eyes sparkling. Or, was he standing off to the side, aloof, arms crossed over his chest, closed posture? I think you have a fifty fifty chance.

It honestly depends on who you gave your number to. Was it obvious that he had to work up the nerve to ask your number? Then probably, yes.
