Some people are naturally carefree, whereas others are worriers. Yet, there is an optimal amount of worrying- a little bit of worrying can give us an extra push to act on things that need to be acted on. Never worrying could be unhealthy if it leads to habitual laziness.

No it's not unhealthy at all. Worrying too much can cause a lot of extra stress and nasty things like heart disease or high blood pressure.

It's probably more unhealthy to worry than to not worry. Studies show that excessive worrying is stressful and can lead to health problems like high blood pressure.
