Headaches in children are probably not serious unless they come with a fever or a big bump that might have caused a concussion. With your doctor's advice, you can proably give tylenol for the pain of a headache. Boils should be treated by the doctor, who can lance them.

Take the child to the doctor. If the headache and boil occur frequently, or in the same location, or stop your child from participating in normal childhood activities, get help as soon as possible.

Personally, I do not really know what a combination of both means, but if it is something that happens often you should definitely take your child to the doctor. If the child has a persistant headache, he could be having some problems with his vision or ears. The boil, could just be a little skin infection. Go to the doctor.

Give childrens tylenol for pain and ache. Buy boil ease from your local drugstore and put on boil and then bandage. Keep on over night boil will come to a head. Put warm wash cloth on boil and slightly squeeze bill head pops. There will be hole in skin wash out good with soap and water.
