Very low blood sugar. You could be diabetic, not eating correctly, you may need to watch how frequently you eat, your body is metabolizing too quickly and lowering your blood sugar levels. That is getting into a very dangerous low, and could cause diabetic coma if you are not careful. Eating every two hours, including complex carbohydrates in your meals and snacks.

You seem to be having symptoms of low sugar levels , because the normal sugar level in humans are between 70 and 110 mg/dl, treat your self by checking with the medical practioner.

Your sugar level is not always in the 40s or you might not be able to maintain consciousness. Having levels as low as you state requires a full physical.
