Ferns can be pretty fickle plants. They like high humidity, but don't like their roots sitting in water. They like sun, but not direct sun. Try fixing these things first.

One of the main culprits of ferns that die is over watering. Stop watering for a few days and give it plenty of warm sunshine. It might come back fine!

Ferns like humidity and not a lot of water during winter. Use a cool mist vaporizer under the plant and cut back on watering to every seven to ten days.

Your fern could be dying for several different reasons. Here are some of them: Do not overwater, make sure it is not getting too much sun, because this plant does better with only small amount of sunlight. You could also try buying new potting soil for it.
