Yellow diarreah can be a sign that your dog has eaten something she might not have been supposed to, or that you changed her diet without slowly introducing the new food. It is possible that the hormones she is experiencing during pregnancy could be causing the stomach upset as well. Occasionally, yellow mucus is expelled during pregnancy.

Diarrhea in pregnant dogs can be due to stress, anxiety, infection of GI tract due to bacteria, virus, fungus and parasites; food allergy, cancer, side effects of medicines, lymphoma and she may have eaten something she wasn't supposed to, or if she's close to delivering she may be starting labour.

Oftentimes the hormones and the change in the amount of food can cause odd colored diarrhea in pregnant dogs. Because they are eating so much more, their body can react by having diarrhea.

Your pregnant dog have diarrhea because of undigestion is an one reason else it may eat the spoiled food or uncooked food it is not a matter it releve in one or two days. else it may not cure it is a problem arise and you will take treatment for it.
