Large breasts can be painful when leaning forward because of the tension on the muscle tissue. Wearing a supportive bra can help prevent this pain.

The breasts are hurt sometimes while leaning. It usually happens to the ladies who have size of their breasts little bit above normal. It also happens during post-natal period.
