That is a vague question. If you've been having some issues in the relationship he may just need some space to work through it. If things got really bad he may just have moved on and not wanted to deal with having "the break up talk". Give him time.

Either he has become so comfortable with you that he doesn't think it's important (which means he's thoughtless at best), or you have fallen low on his list of priorities (this is bad, period), or he's hit a patch in his life that requires his attention be elsewhere (could be temporary). Which is most likely in your case?
