Why do people judge others by their clothes?

Answer by  AnthroBoss (122)

People can be shallow. Shallow people judge their own clothes in terms like "I wouldn't be caught dead in that" or "this is me". Shallow people also think everyone else is shallow. So, whether you're wearing something they would or wouldn't wear, they'll project their judgment of your clothes onto you personally. Too bad for them.

People judge others by their clothes because clothing is the main item to make one look lovely. If ones dress is dirty and ugly the good image losses. Its the real thing to add beauty even though they may look ugly in presence. Clothing varieties and colours are selected according to ones figure and body colour.
