Why do people believe in God?

For some, being born into a certain family determines whether they believe in God or not. This is simply because of the way they are taught as they grow up. God is just logical for them. More generally, people believe in God because there is no definitive proof against Him. Faith can provide hope, support, community, and apparent divine help/guidance.

There are so many unanswered riddles in the human life. There are so many things which man does not understand or neither can he control. As a result of which he believes there is a supernatural power and that is God and he believes in God.
