Why do I have tiny blisters on my fingers?

It's impossible to say for sure without seeing the blisters, and hearing what you might have been doing, but many things can cause blisters. Repetitive friction in one area (i. e. from playing guitar) can cause them- so can minor burns. If concerned, please see a doctor.

Maybe they're warts. You can remove them by using duct tape, freezing them with liquid nitrogen, rubbing them with baking soda, aloe, a potato, garlic, lemon juice, and many more. You could possibly have super sensitive skin. To prevent more blisters, use gloves while cleaning. Try asking the doctor.

this is due to abraision and wear and tear on the given sites on the finger. this casues a reaction that results in a blister that with continued abrasion and wear will thicken and keratinize into a callus.

This is the extreme lack of zinc in your diet. Zinc can only be got at good quantities in non veg diet. If you are vegan try to take zinc pills.
