It is not very common to require physical therapy for a general finger fracture. Unless several nerves, muscles or tendons were damaged, normal use should return within several weeks. If you have healed but do not have regular use of the finger or wrist, consider therapy treatment.

For this type of injury, you don't need to go to a physical therapist. Your doctor can give you simple exercises to help with flexability and muscle strength issues.
