Why do I have noisy plumbing or pipes?

The main cause of this can be heavy vibration from water and air activity that is coming through the pipes. To reduce the noise significantly just make sure that your pipes are properly strapped to the walls or flooring.

You have to much air in your pipes. Talk to an expert plumber and find out what you can do.

the reason you have noisy pipes is probably because the pipes are metal or copper. most houses built with metal pipes do not have much insulation in the wall or around the pipes.
