Since Marilyn had been with both of the brothers and they had been intimate, she had too much leverage with their political direction. Having this much intimacy with people in a position such as the Kennedy's can be and was life threatening. Had she talked to the wrong people in the MOB Bobby's political clout could have been jeopardized.
