Try getting a seat from the place that originally sold you the lawn mower. If this fails, look on line for the manufacturers website or contact info. You may be able to order one directly from the manufacturer.

Simplicity Sunstar is a great tractor and lawnmower manufacturer. You can find a seat for your vehicles through their company. Easily obtained from their website and even found from other tractor dealerships but you have a better chance finding one on the Simplicity Sunstar website.
