14g - copper and 12g aluminum for 15Amps; 10g-copper (8g-aluminum for 30 A); 6g - copper(6g-aluminum)) for 60A; 6g-copper(4g - aluminum) for 70A; 4g - copper(2g - aluminum) for 100A; 2g - copper(1g - aluminum) for 125A. Most typical house lighting and consumer electronics application is 15A. For power consuming kitchens - 20 - 30 Amps.

14 wire would require a 15 amp breaker. 12 wire would require a 20 amp breaker. 10 wire would require a 30 amp breaker and so on.

It is diffucult to say the right circuit breaker wire size it depends upon the what kinds of circuit it is also depend on the what is load current and wattage of the main AC normally when circuit breaker happen the type of wire use is flexible wire its is capable of 1 kilo watt.
