What vegetables are easy to digest?

I get gas really easily.

Always try to avoid vegetables in the cabbage family - broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and cabbage are high in roughage, but tend to produce more gas. Starchier vegetables like lima beans, corn or peas may be a better choice for you.

As far as vegetables go there are a few great choices for ones that are the easies to digest. Broccoli(steamed or boiled) is very easy to digest and should be taken into consideration. Other great easy to digest vegetables include sweet potatoes, kale, carrots, artichokes, peas and cooked brussel sprouts. Hope this helps!

Greens, chinese cabbages, cucumbers and tomatoes will be digested soon after you have them.They also contain a great variety of nutritions and do good to people's health.Meanwhile they are available in every season and not that expensive.

Most vegetables are okay to digest, though they are full of fiber and softer foods are often easier; it really depends on the person and the particular vegetable they eat.
