Talk about other ways to express her anger and the consequences for hurting you. Then follow through with time out EVERY TIME she pinches, and revisit using words not hands.

You must be firm with your child that this is inappropriate behavior, perhaps employing a time-out. Do not hit your child, because this will give a confusing message about violence.

This is a behavior that a toddler should exhibit. You need to get her to stop this because she's not acting her age. Put her in time out every time she does this. Let her know that what she's doing isn't nice and it hurts you. If she doesn't listen take away T. V. time.

Try to explain to your child that she is hurting you and that she should try to tell you whats bothering her instead of acting out with Anger and frustration.

If your child is pinching and scratching I would put the child in time out, one minute for each year. Explain to the child that what they did is wrong.
