What should I do if I think my teacher is flirting with me?

My teacher has never touched me or made me feel violated, and he is a really nice person, so I don't want them to get in trouble, but he flirts with me.

You should seriously consider telling a parent or other teacher about this. Keep in mind that if he is flirting with you, he might be doing much worse with another student. You must, at least, tell him that you are uncomfortable with his actions and ask him to stop.

You should tell your parents. Tell an adult that you trust. You may not feel violated now but it can always change. You have a right to not be flirted with by an adult that is providing you with your education. You should be taught and not be flirted with.

If you are not comfortable talking to your parents about this (that happens sometimes--awkward!) please tell a responsible adult. Youth pastor, counselor, friend, neighbor, relative...This behavior is completely inappropriate, dangerous, & distracting from your education. Also--start documenting the behavior (noting when & where what happened. Take good notes.).
