First, determine exactly what the problem is with the bird. To do this the bird should be taken to a vet. Make sure to keep the bird warm at all times (minimum of 80 degrees F) and make the bird drink water, even if you have to do it by hand with an eye dropper.

I suggest adding bird tonic to the water and add vitamins to the food ASAP. Make sure your bird is in a warm (7o-85F) draft free room.

a sick parrot should be kept in warm location with low light. feed bread soaked in water. small piece of baby asprin can be given also/special attention should be given as to not allow bird in drafts
