Lots of water and then dress it with a sterile moist dressing. Then see a doctor as bleach burns are worse then they appear.

Do not put water on it, even that makes it feel better. You need to wrap it lightly and loosely with gauze, and if it doesn't heal, see a doctor.

Rinse with cold water for at least 10 minutes and apply proper topical medication with PH factor <7 to neutralize the chemical burn.

First of all you need to seek medical attention because bleach burns can be deepen than they seem. You need to rinse the area for a long time under running water. You then need to cover it with a wet dressing and get it treated like a thermal burn in the ER.

As long as it was just on the outside of your skin and not taken internally, just let it heal over time, otherwise consult a doctor.
