The Argentine Dogo is a highly intelligent dog who can be a very focused hunter or an exceptionally loyal and gentle family dog. This breed adores children and physical contact with people, but because of its size and hunting drive must be properly trained and socialized from a young age.

Experienced owners only! If well-trained, they're friendly to people however they have dog-fighting ancestry and prey drive which means trouble for dog of the same sex, cats or small animals.
