Therefore, the rate of expatriating is the qualititive measurement of migration of people to another country within a specified time period. An example of this could be the amount of migrants form one specified country to another over the course of one year.

Rate of Expatriating is the qualitative measurement of how many people migrate to a different country in a certain amount of time. It could be the amount of people migrating out of a country in a specific year.
