What should my maximum heart rate be when working out while pregnant?

I may need to adjust my normal exercise heart rate guidelines during pregnancy.

Your heart rate should not be any more than 125 beats per minute. That is what I was told when I was pregnant. The best doctor at Boston IVF told me this fact.

Usually, doctors say that if you did this type of workout pre-pregnancy then it is ok to continue unless you are in a high-risk pregnancy. Exercise is great for pregnant women and is essential to staying healthy.

The general rule is that you should be able to carry on a conversation when you're working out while pregnant. Some doctors recommend keeping your heartrate under 140 BPM.

It is best not exceed 130 beats per minute when you are pregnant. This is because a higher heart rate requires more blood circulate in your system that your growing baby needs.

I am not sure there is a strict guideline, I would just say monitor it, ask your doctor and watch how you feel. If you start feeling wierd then I would scale my workout back, if you feel fine then would continue with your work out but ask your doctor.
